1:1 feedback

After my double mastectomy and reconstruction I got in touch with Lou to ask her to help me get back into a regular yoga routine to help my recovery, healing and flexibility. After only a few one to one sessions Lou had me feeling like a new person. I now consider myself a total yoga fan and rely on her classes and her tuition to keep me supple, flexible and grounded. Lou is incredibly thorough, kind and supportive and needing this type of low impact exercise for emotional as well as physical reasons, she gave me real encouragement in a safe and peaceful environment which just adds to my ongoing quest for greater wellbeing!
